Dr Anagha has completed her Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from T.N.M.C Medical College and Nair Hospital, Mumbai.
Driven by a passion for healing,  She specializes in musculoskeletal and sports injuries with a keen focus on strengthening and facilitating early return to sports. Her skill set extends to encompass Kinesiotaping and Neuromuscular Dry Needling , complemented by Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization techniques to enhance recovery , particularly for shoulder, knee and ankle injuries.
With her research inclination, she has authored articles in esteemed rehabilitation journals.
Embracing evidence based practices, she takes a holistic approach in crafting effective patient programmes.
